Kawardha, November 23, 2023: Chief Electoral Officer of Chhattisgarh Reena Babasbeb Kangale today physically inspected the counting centre at the Kawardha District Headquarters and issued instructions to strengthen security and other arrangements for December 3 counting day.
CEO Kangale discussed the preparedness with the District Returning Officer cum Kawardha District Collector Janmejay Mahobe and SP Dr Abhishek Pallav after visiting the strong room as well as the counting Centre at the Mandi Premises in Kawardha.

The CEO discussed in details as counting of Pandariya and Kawardha segments would be held in Kawardha district headquarters on December 3, next.
Kangale enquired about the installation of CCTV cameras and number of security forces to be deployed at the counting Centre, officials said.

The district officers have also been asked to inform in details the counting agents of various candidates about the rules and regulations of the Election Commission regarding the counting of votes.
