Raipur, April 23, 2025: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today met leading industrialists from India and abroad in Mumbai. During this, the possibilities of investment in the field of textiles, tourism and health sectors were discussed in detail.
Representatives of online fashion brand Size Up, INBD Tex, Swift Merchandise, Shalby Hospital, Lalan Group, Araiya Group, Pride Hotels and Greentech Solutions participated in the meeting.
Chief Minister Sai shared information about the facilities and incentives being given to investors under Chhattisgarh’s new Industrial Policy 2024-30.

INBD Tex Director Ajit Kumar Dalmia expressed his desire to set up apparel units in Nava Raipur, for which he said that 3 to 5 acres of land is needed. At the same time, Swift Merchandise decided to move forward in view of the strong prospects of Chhattisgarh’s textile industry.
Sri Lanka’s Lalan Group representative Dilip Parik praised Chhattisgarh’s new industrial policy and showed interest in setting up a yarn and fabric manufacturing unit in the state.

At the same time, the head of Size Up Company proposed to the Chief Minister to invest in Chhattisgarh and told that they want to set up a plus-size garment manufacturing unit in the state.
Chief Minister Sai assured all of them of cheap electricity, skilled workforce and best logistics from the state.

Shalby Hospital Director Shanaye Vikram Shah also raised new hopes in the health sector by expressing his desire to open a multi-specialty hospital in Nava Raipur.
Chief Minister Sai shared information about the investment and infrastructure development being done in the health sector in the state and welcomed the initiative of Shalby Group.

Araiya Group Chief Business Officer Akshay Kulkarni discussed the possibilities of investment in the tourism sector of Chhattisgarh. He said that they want to connect the natural beauty of Chhattisgarh with global luxury hospitality. For this, the group is considering a plan for long-term investment in the field of luxury tourism and transportation in the state.
Along with this, Pride Hotels Director Satyen Jain said that his organization focuses on premium hospitality services and wants to benefit from Chhattisgarh’s rapidly developing tourism infrastructure. He has expressed interest in investing in Chhattisgarh.
At the same time, Greentech Solutions Director M Prasad Reddy presented a plan to set up an integrated steel plant in the state at a cost of Rs 1245 crore, which will create more than 500 employment opportunities.

Reddy said that the organization is committed to providing cost-effective solutions through green technologies.
Addressing the industrialists, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai said that Chhattisgarh has emerged as the most favorable state for investment. Our new industrial policy is simple, transparent and beneficial for investors.
There is no shortage of electricity, water, land, skilled labour and logistics here. The state government is committed to support every investor at every level, he added.
