International Cricket match in January at Raipur

     Raipur, December 16, 2022: India and New Zealand will be clashed in an international one day cricket match at Raipur on January 21, 2023, official sources said today.

     It has been proposed to have a one day cricket match on January 21, 2023 at Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium at Raipur, official sources said.

     Preparatory works have been started for the match and the administration has also geared up to meet the challenges.

    Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain today took a review meeting to check the preparation for the international match.

     The match will be organised by the BCCI and Chhattisgarh State Cricket Association and the Chief Secretary called for a meeting of all concerned departments to review the preparation for that, the sources said.

      The meeting discussed about the available infrastructure at the international stadium, security arrangements, mobile networking, provision of drinking water, parking and other traffic arrangements including security to the VIPS and players.
