Just 0.1 % Unemployment rate in Chhattisgarh

     Raipur, December 4, 2022: Chhattisgarh has achieved a success of 0.1 per cent unemployment rate in the state compared to above 8 per cent at the national level, state government officials said today.

     Chhattisgarh has the lowest unemployment rate in the country and the state set an example in giving employment opportunities to its people, officials said.

     When the unemployment rate of the country is 8.2 per cent, Chhattisgarh has the unemployment rate of 0.1 per cent, the state government said.

      Because of the better policy implementation of the government, led by Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, 99.90 per cent of the people are engaged in some or the other employment activities, they said.

      Because of the better policy and its implementation, the state has achieved such a success, the government said.

     According to CMIE report of 2018 the unemployment rate of the state was 3.88 per cent where as it had come down to 0.1 per cent in this month.
