Dantewada, December 6, 2009: Maoists today blasted off a truck killing four civilians in that incident in Dantewada district of Chhattisgarh.
The blast was so powerful that the pieces of the truck were scattered several metres away from the site, said Dantewada District Superintendent of Police Ambrish Mishra.
In the 407 mini truck four persons were travelling in when the Maoists triggered an IED blast near Kerlapal, about 90 km from the district headquarters and 15 km from Sukma police station.
In that incident, the driver, helper and the owner of the truck and a small egg seller were blown to death, the SP told the ChhattisgarhTopNews.Com.
