     Jagdalpur, November 02, 2015: Maoists today removed about 300 metre of railway track in Bastar district of Chhattisgarh.

       The Maoists have removed the rail track between Kumarsandra and Kaklur, said Bastar District Superintendent of Police Rajendra Das.

      Maoists had on previous occasions had damaged the railway track of Dantewada district.

     Maoists have been attacking the strategic installations of Bastar region, whether it was telephone exchange, electricity tower, mines or important roads.
