Raipur, September 28, 2012: Chhattisgarh Government has decided to function from its new Secretariat building at Naya Raipur from November 01, 2012, official sources said here today.
The State government has formally decided to function from the Administrative capital at Naya Raipur from the next foundation day of the state, officials said.
The new administrative complex was nearing completion and that would house the new Secretariat from November 01, 2012, they added.
A notification to that affect had already been issued on Tuesday last, the sources said.
After the state was created on November 1, 2000, the DKS Hospital was converted to an administrative building to house the new state secretariat.
