Prof Saket Kumar Sarawagi passes away

     Raipur, January 13, 2012: A senior faculty of the Indira Gandhi Agriculture University, Raipur, Prof Saket Kumar Sarawagi passed away today, university officials said.

     Prof Sarawagi, 52, passed away today after a massive cardiac arrest, university officials said.

     His last rite would be performed tomorrow, they said.

     Dr Sarawagi was also the President of the Teacher Association of Agriculture College, Raipur.

     A condolence meeting was organised at the University campus, and led by Vice Chancellor Dr S K Patil, several of his colleagues and other people paid rich tributes to the departed soul.
