Raipur, March 25, 2009: When the state was under the election process, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh has cleared the file for revised salary to the state government employees with effect from January 2006.
Going by its previous decision, the state government had issued notification yesterday for the revised salary, a state government official told ChhattisgarhTopNews.Com today.
All the employees of the state government would be benefitted from this notification, they said.
As per the notification, the employees would be provided the revised salary with effect from January 2006, they said.
Earlier the state government had sought permission from the Election Commission to implement the decision of revised salary and after obtaining that the notification was issued, they said.
After the notification, the employees have thanked the Chief Minister for the decision.
