Raipur, December 9, 2008: Dr Raman Singh would take oath for the second time as the Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh on Friday.
Singh would be taking oath in the same place, where he had taken oath on December 7, 2003 as the Chief Minister of the state for the first time, party sources said.
Singh would be administered oath of office and secrecy by the Governor E S L Narasimhan in a function at noon in the Police Parade Ground of the state capital on Friday, they said.
It has initially been decided that Singh would be taking oath alone and subsequently after consultation with other party leaders the shape of the cabinet would be decided, they said.
