State Flood Control Room from June 15

     Raipur, June 12, 2011: Chhattisgarh Government today said it was ready to face the monsoon fury and to meet the challenges a round the clock state Flood control room would start functioning from June 15.

     A state flood control room has been set up in the state secretariat and would start functioning from the Room No 298 from June 15, Revenue and Relief Department officials said here today.

     H N P Moorthy has been appointed as the in charge of the state control room, they said.

     The control room would function round the clock with the telephone numbers 0771-4080593 and 0771-2221242 and FAX number 0771-4034823, the officials said.
