Raipur, October 06, 2025: Vice President of India C P Radhakrishnan has agreed to attend the closing ceremony of the state foundation day Rajyotsav to be held in Naya Raipur on November 5th this year, marking the historic silver jubilee year of the formation of Chhattisgarh.
Official sources stated that Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai met with Vice President C P Radhakrishnan in New Delhi today.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister cordially invited Vice President Radhakrishnan to attend the closing ceremony of the Rajyotsav to be held in Naya Raipur on November 5th, marking the historic silver jubilee year of the formation of Chhattisgarh.
Officials stated that Vice President Radhakrishnan has graciously agreed to visit Chhattisgarh.
The Chief Minister stated that it is a matter of pride, honour, and immense joy for Chhattisgarh that the Honorable Vice President of the country will make the closing ceremony of the State Foundation Day Festival memorable with his gracious presence.
Union Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs Tokhan Sahu and Chief Minister’s Principal Secretary Subodh Kumar Singh were present during the meeting with the Vice President.
